- grated carrots - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- chopped tomatoes - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- chopped cucumber - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- tubes refrigerated crescent rolls - 2 item
- black or green olives, sliced - 1 item
- Assorted Veggies: alfalfa sprouts
How to make vegetable pizza:
Assorted Veggies: alfalfa sprouts chopped tomatoes chopped green pepper sliced mushrooms grated carrots chopped cucumber black or green olives, sliced Line a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan or pizza pan with 2 (8 count) tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls. Bake 10 minutes and cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced onion and dill weed and spread over crust. Cover with assorted vegetables. Refrigerate.
