Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • grated carrots - 1 item
  • chopped green pepper - 1 item
  • chopped tomato - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • crescent rolls - 2 pkg
  • sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • chopped pimento - 1 item
  • chopped broccoli - 1 item
  • pitted black olives - 1 item
  • chopped cauliflower - 1 item
  • Hidden Valley dressing mix original - 1 pkg

How to make vegetable bars:

Press rolls flat into 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan, ungreased. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing. Spread on top. Press vegetables into topping and chill. (Any variation of vegetables can be used.)
