Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- dill weed - 1 Tbsp
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- mild Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cream cheese, soft - 8 oz
- 8 - 2 rolls
- fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown (not very long) at 350°. Let cool. Beat cream cheese, dressing, sour cream and dill weed until it looks like frosting. If too thick, add a little milk. Spread over cooled crust. Chop very fine broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and sprinkle on top of dressing.
