Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- mayo - 1/4 c
- green olives - 1/3 c
How to make egg salad:
Hard-boil eggs and chop. Chop olives. Finely chop onion. Combine all ingredients and spread on buttered bread. Makes 1 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Sandwich.
