Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- mashed potatoes - 1 c
- grated fresh corn or canned whole kernel - 1 c
How to make vegetable puffs:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful into hot fat and cook until brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Makes 8 puffs.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Vegetables.
