Tuna loaf
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- cucumbers, chopped - 1/2 c
- Mix all ingredients together
- cans tuna, drained and flaked - 2 oz
How to make tuna loaf:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Top with sauce before serving.Sauce:1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. sour cream1/2 c. cucumbers, chopped2 Tbsp. onion, chopped1/2 tsp. dill weed Mix all ingredients well. Serve over tuna loaf.
