Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- shredded carrots
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can crescent rolls - 1 oz
- ripe olives, sliced - 1/2 c
- envelope Ranch dressing - 1 item
- bunch broccoli, finely chopped - 1 item
- cauliflower, thinly sliced - 1 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
Line a greased pizza pan with the crescent rolls. Bake until golden brown. Allow to cool. Mix cream cheese, mayo and Ranch dressing together until smooth. Spread onto the cooled crescent rolls. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and ripe olives. Refrigerate for 1 hour and slice and serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pizza.
