Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Italian seasoning - 1/8 tsp
- potatoes - 6 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make potato wedges:
Wash and quarter potatoes. Let potatoes soak in water for 30 minutes. Place oil into a plastic bag. Add potatoes and shake until well coated. Place potato wedges onto a baking sheet. Mix Italian seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
