Ingredients/Components

  • cans Veg-All vegetables, drained - 2 oz
  • can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cracker crumbs or stuffing mix - 1 item
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c

How to make vegetable crunch:

Mix all together and pour into casserole dish. Cover with herb stuffing mix or cracker crumbs. Spoon 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
