Ingredients/Components
- cans Veg-All vegetables, drained - 2 oz
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cracker crumbs or stuffing mix - 1 item
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable crunch:
Mix all together and pour into casserole dish. Cover with herb stuffing mix or cracker crumbs. Spoon 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Casseroles.
