Cream puffs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make cream puffs:
Boil water and oleo; add flour and salt. Beat over heat until mixture forms a ball in the pan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet; leave them room to expand. Bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Cut off the top and fill with ice cream.
