Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli, chopped - 2 pkg
  • herb stuffing mix - 1 pkg

How to make broccoli with stuffing:

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine egg, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Layer in 2 quart casserole dish broccoli, cheese and small amount of sauce. Repeat layers. Top with stuffing mix. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
