Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- margarine - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 3/4 c
- crackers, crushed - 2 pkg
- small can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
- 2 can Veg-All
- 2 can LeSueur peas, drained
How to make vegetable casserole:
Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender. Mix all ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Top with crackers and melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. (Do not overbake.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
