Squash dressing
Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- Mexican cornbread mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash dressing:
Cook squash and onion just until tender. Pour into large bowl. Add undiluted soup, oleo and cornbread mix. Add 1/2 soup can of water. Stir all together. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Eggplant may be used in place of squash. Very good.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Side dish.
