Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 8 oz
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- crushed cheese crackers - 2 3
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- can French green beans, drained - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first 9 ingredients well and place in 2 small or 1 large casserole dish. Put slivered almonds evenly over vegetable mixture. Crush crackers; add melted oleo and mix well. Top the casserole with the cracker mixture. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
