- stick margarine - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- onions, diced - 1 c
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- frozen mixed vegetables
- Drain and mix together with remaining ingredients
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables for 10 minutes. Drain and mix together with remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.Topping:1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled1 stick margarine Mix together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
