- tapioca - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomato juice
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, cut in chunks - 6 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- beef stew meat, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes - 2 lb
- mushrooms if desired - 1 item
How to make vegetable beef stew:
