Jack's chili
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- water - 2/3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- onion, coarsely chopped - 1 item
- can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- large can chili beans or 2 small - 1 item
How to make jack's chili:
Brown beef. Pour off excess liquid. Add onion. Cook beef well and onions softened. Add tomato paste, chili beans, diced tomatoes and water to desired consistency. Add pepper, salt, chili powder and sugar. Simmer on low for at least 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Chili.
