  • milk - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • onion powder
  • large potatoes, baked for 45 minutes - 4 item

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Cut potatoes in half; remove potato filling. Put potato filling in bowl, adding above ingredients. Refill potato shells. Sprinkle more cheese on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
