Ingredients/Components

  • small baking potatoes - 4 item
  • cream cheese, cubed and softened - 2 oz
  • snipped chives - 2 Tbsp
  • dried basil, crushed - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 item

How to make twice-baked potatoes:

Bake potatoes in a 375° oven for 45 minutes, or until tender. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out each potato half, leaving a thin shell. Put the pulp into a small mixer bowl. Add cream cheese, chives, basil, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.
