- small baking potatoes - 4 item
- cream cheese, cubed and softened - 2 oz
- snipped chives - 2 Tbsp
- dried basil, crushed - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
How to make twice-baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes in a 375° oven for 45 minutes, or until tender. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out each potato half, leaving a thin shell. Put the pulp into a small mixer bowl. Add cream cheese, chives, basil, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
