Ingredients/Components
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
- pistachio instant pudding mix dry, just as it comes from box - 1 pkg
How to make pistachio salad:
Dump all ingredients except pecans into a large bowl and mix well. Top with chopped pecans and refrigerate several hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Side dish.
