Tuna noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- noodles - 1 lb
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- cans tuna, drained - 2 item
- cream of celery soup - 1 item
How to make tuna noodle casserole:
Mix tuna, onion, celery and mayonnaise and set aside. Cook egg noodles until slightly firm.In saucepan, combine cream of celery soup and milk. Bring to boil. Add cheese and melt. Add noodles and soup mixture to casserole. Stir together well. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 1/2 hour.
