Ingredients/Components
- chicken pieces - 3 lb
- vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- honey - 1/2 c
How to make honey baked chicken:
Wash and dry chicken. Skins may be removed. Mix remaining ingredients together in a shallow baking pan. Roll chicken pieces in the mixture, then arrange in a single layer in the same pan. Bake at 375°, basting occasionally for 40 minutes (30 minutes if using boneless breasts).Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
