Chile rellenos casserole



  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • Jack cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • tall can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • can whole green chiles - 1 oz

How to make chile rellenos casserole:

Rinse chiles and remove seeds. Place half of the chiles in a layer in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with half of both cheeses. Add remaining chiles. Top with remaining cheese. Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt together until smooth. Pour over casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
