Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 to
- can sliced black olives - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
- can diced chilies - 1 oz
- 12 corn tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Fry hamburger and onions until done; drain. Mix soups, enchilada sauce, olives, chilies and milk with the hamburger and onions. Tear up 5 or 6 corn tortillas; put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour on half the sauce. Repeat layer of tortillas and the remaining sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
