Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- Crisco - 1 c
How to make tea cakes:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a tray of self-rising flour. Work in flour to make a soft dough. Place in refrigerator and let stand overnight. Roll out small balls the size of marbles. Then mash and bake at 325° until light brown. RemoveRecipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
