Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • boxes powdered sugar - 2 item
  • Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes - 8 oz
  • sticks margarine, cut into small pieces - 2 item

How to make velveeta fudge:

Mix margarine, cheese and vanilla in a large glass bowl. Microwave 3 minutes on High power. Stir. Add the cocoa and stir. Add the powdered sugar and stir. Microwave 1 minute on High power and stir. Add the pecans and stir. Mixture will be thick. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch flat pan sprayed with Pam.

This fudge is very creamy and no one will know it has cheese in it! This recipe makes a large amount and is perfect for giving at Christmas.
