Mississippi mud brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 4 c
- margarine - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- bag miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- nuts pecans or walnuts
How to make mississippi mud brownies:
Frosting:3/4 c. cocoa1/2 c. butter4 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in flour, cocoa, salt, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows melt. Mix together all frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over brownies immediately.An AXO Favorite.
