  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 4 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • butter flavoring - 2 tsp

How to make tea cakes:

Mix all ingredients together, then add plain flour until mix is stiff enough to roll out (about 2 cups). Mix well and roll out. Cut and bake at 350° until brown around edges.
