  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
  • butter, melted - 1/4 c
  • medium size Cool Whip - 1 item
  • Oreos - 1 row)
  • jar chocolate topping - 1 item

How to make oreo delight:

Crush Oreos with rolling pin. Reserve about 1 cup. Spread remainder of crumbs in a rectangular pan. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over crumbs; mix well. Press into pan. Chill.

Stir ice cream to soften. Spread over crumbs. Spread topping over ice cream. Spread Cool Whip over topping. Sprinkle with nuts and cup of reserved crumbs. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve. Other toppings may be used.
