Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder
  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • soft butter - 1/3 c

How to make breakfast puffs:

Mix thoroughly the butter, egg and sugar. Mix dry ingredients. Combine dry ingredients with egg mix alternately with 1/2 cup milk. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately roll in 6 tablespoons melted butter, then in sugar/cinnamon mix.
