  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • taco seasoning mix - 2 pkg
  • head lettuce - 1/4 item
  • Bisquick mix - 3/4 c
  • tomato, diced - 1 item

How to make taco pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a square 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Put mixture in pan. Beat Bisquick, milk and egg until smooth. Pour over beef. Bake about 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. When cheese is melted, garnish top with lettuce and tomato.
