  • parsley flakes - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • to 4 large Idaho potatoes - 3 item

How to make potato bake:

Wash and cut potatoes in large slices. Place in baking dish with onion rounds. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Add 1/2 cup water and parsley flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake in oven until tender, 30 to 45 minutes at 400°.
