  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
  • taco sauce - 1 item
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • Bisquick mix - 3/4 c
  • envelope taco seasoning - 1 item

How to make taco pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Bake in a greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch, or medium sized casserole dish.

Cook beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate; top with chilies. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce.
