Impossible cheeseburger pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sliced tomatoes - 2 item
- Bisquick mix - 3/4 c
How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over beef and onion in plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle on cheese. Continue baking until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
