Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 c
- flour tortilla shells - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese together, stirring well. Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture in center of each flour tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
