- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 1 c
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/4 c
- brisket - 12 15
How to make brisket:
Cover brisket with celery salt, onion powder and liquid smoke and marinate 12 hours or overnight. Salt and pepper and add Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 275° for 5 hours.To warm up, add barbecue sauce and warm in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
