Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components

- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz
- 4 oz - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- jar chopped pimento - 1 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup onions. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer; also add onions on top with cheese. MicrowRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
