Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz - 1 can
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained - 1 item
- chopped pimiento, drained - 1 jar
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
