Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained - 1 (16
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- jar chopped pimentos, drained - 1 oz
- can Durkee French fried onions - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
