Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- slices Swiss cheese - 6 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
- skinned, boned chicken breast halves - 6 item
How to make swiss chicken:
Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top each breast with cheese slice; set aside. Combine soup and milk, stirring until smooth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter or margarine. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until chicken is done. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
