Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- powdered ginger - 2 tsp
- cloves garlic, chopped fine - 2 item
How to make teriyaki marinade:
Mix all together and cover meat (beef or chicken). Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, no longer than 8 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
