Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • powdered ginger - 2 tsp
  • cloves garlic, chopped fine - 2 item

How to make teriyaki marinade:

Mix all together and cover meat (beef or chicken). Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, no longer than 8 hours.
