  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • eggs - 4 item
  • box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
  • apricot nectar - 3/4 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • nectar

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar juice of 2 lemons or 1/3 c. nectar Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend cake mix and Jell-O thoroughly. Add beaten egg yolks, nectar, oil and flavoring. Fold in egg whites. Bake in greased tube pan at 325° for 1 hour.

Frosting: Mix together. Pour over hot cake. Let cool before serving.
