- venison meat stew size - 2 3
- water
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- to 6 cubed carrots - 5 item
- stalk celery, cut up - 1 item
- tomatoes, cut up - 2 c
- medium potatoes, cut up - 2 item
- chopped onions - 2 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
How to make venison stew:
Soak the meat in salted water for several hours. Simmer slowly for 2 hours, skimming occasionally. Let the broth stand overnight.Next day, remove congealed fat. Add vegetables and cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the vegetables are done.
