Ingredients/Components
- peanuts - 1 c
- vanilla caramels - 24 item
- chocolate morsels, melted - 1/2 c
How to make peanut clusters:
Melt the caramels in a double boiler over hot water. Stir in peanuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Drizzle each cluster with 1/2 teaspoon chocolate. Chill 5 to 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Makes 24 pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
