  • raw peanuts or pecans - 4 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1 c

How to make sugared nuts:

Boil all the ingredients until the water is gone (high heat), stirring constantly. Put in shallow baking pan in 250° oven. Bake for 1 hour or until desired doneness. Stir about every 15 minutes.

Store on counter in something with a good lid.
