Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
- can liquid - 2/3 item
How to make corn casserole:
Melt margarine. Add eggs and sour cream; mix well. Add 1 can creamed corn and 1 can whole kernel corn (saving liquid). Add water to liquid to equal 2/3 can. Mix well. Add package Jiffy mix and mix well. Bake at 350° until brown and puffy, about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
