  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • melted butter
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • firmly packed brown sugar
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar1/2 c. all-purpose flour2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
