Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
- chopped onions, fine - 1 c
- cans Veg-All vegetables - 2 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Combine Veg-All vegetables, mayonnaise, celery, salt, sugar, chicken soup, onions, water chestnuts and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Melt margarine in pan and crush Ritz crackers. Add to melted butter. Spread crumbs over vegetables and bake at 300° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
