Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/3 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- margarine
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. all-purpose flour2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine1 c. chopped pecans Combine potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Put into baking dish. Mix all topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture before baking. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
