cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
sugar - 1 c
eggs - 2 item
plain flour - 1/3 c
butter or margarine - 1/3 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 1/3 c
butter - 1/2 c
packed brown sugar - 1 c
chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat until smooth. Spoon into greased 2-quart shallow casserole. Combine brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup butter and pecans. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
